I was born and raised in Santa Cruz, CA, and as a competitive dancer, I was exposed to healthy ways of living and eating, but I struggled immensely with disordered eating patterns. This week, we were able to chat with certified holistic nutritionist and professional Broadway dancer, Katie Webber.
